Not sure where to begin?
That’s okay. Once you’re inside, choose the part of caregiving that looks most like where you are today. There’s no right order and nothing you have to complete.
You’re not signing up for another thing to keep up with. You’re creating one place to turn when you need it.
Your Questions, Answered
-
Yes. In fact, not knowing what you need is often part of caregiving. You may know something needs to change without knowing what kind of help to look for, what questions to ask, or what your options even are.
The Library is organized around the situations caregivers actually face—not around complicated medical terminology—so you can begin with what’s happening right now. Maybe someone you love is in the hospital, needs more help at home, has been diagnosed with dementia or a serious illness, or you're beginning to think about hospice and end-of-life care.
Start with the section that feels closest to your situation. The resources will help you understand your options, organize what matters, prepare for conversations, and identify a next step.
You don't need to have caregiving figured out before you come here. That's what the Library is for.

You’ll get immediate access to the full Caregiver Library, with practical guides, checklists, trackers, planning tools, conversation prompts, and advocacy resources organized around the situations caregivers actually face.
Explore resources for:
Hospital Stay + Next Steps • Caring at Home • Medical Advocacy • Dementia + Memory Care • Cancer + Other Serious Illnesses • Caregiver Wellness • Hospice + End of Life • Legacy + Logistics • After Loss
You can use what you need today and return to the Library as your caregiving situation changes. New resources will continue to be added, so the Library can support you through different stages of the caregiving journey.

Both options give you access to the same complete Caregiver Library. You don't receive fewer resources or a limited version of the Library by choosing monthly access.
Monthly access offers more flexibility. It's a good option if you want to explore the Library, need support during a particular season of caregiving, or simply prefer a smaller month-to-month commitment.
Yearly access is designed for caregivers who want the Library available as needs change over time. Caregiving rarely stays the same for long—the questions you have during a hospitalization may be very different from the ones you have six months later. Yearly access means the resources are there when the next question or transition comes up.
Both options also give you access to new resources added to the Library while your membership is active.
Choose the option that works best for you—you'll have access to the same Library either way.
If your yearly price provides a meaningful discount, I'd add one short final line beneath that:
Yearly access also saves you $49 compared with 12 months of monthly membership.
That makes the annual value obvious without turning the answer into a hard sell.
-
Absolutely. The Caregiver Library is designed for caregivers who want practical tools and guidance they can use independently. If your situation becomes more complicated—or you simply want someone to help you sort through what’s happening—you can add more personalized support.
Depending on what you need, options include:
SOS Caregiver Call — One focused session to talk through an immediate concern, decision, or next step.
Caregiver Roadmap — deeper review of your caregiving situation with personalized guidance and a clear plan for moving forward.
Caregiver Navigator — Ongoing support as needs, decisions, and circumstances change.
Concierge Caregiver Advocacy — Higher-level, hands-on navigation and advocacy support for complex caregiving situations.
You don’t have to decide now. Start with the Library, and if you reach a point where tools alone aren’t enough, you can choose the level of additional support that fits your situation.
-
Not at all. The Caregiver Library isn't a course, program, or another thing to add to your to-do list. There are no modules to complete and no expectation that you'll use every resource.
Think of it as a resource you can reach for when something comes up.
You might download a checklist before tomorrow's medical appointment, use a tracker during a hospital stay, find a guide when you're trying to arrange help at home, or spend more time exploring a section when your family is facing a larger transition.
And as caregiving changes, what you need from the Library may change too. A resource that isn't relevant today may be exactly what you need several months from now.
Use what helps. Skip what doesn't. Come back when something changes. The Library is here to meet you where you are.
